GA-FSI
GEO CHEMICAL GA-FSI
Grinding Aid - Final Strength Improve
Description
GEO CHEMICAL GA-FSI.
is defined as the process of high performance grinding aids for raw material and increase grinding efficiency, workability, final setting improve, quality and strength enhancing additives. it has as its ultimate objective decreasing the energy consumption to obtain a given fineness or flow of cement. As well as reducing agglomeration and providing energy savings, some grinding aids also increasing setting times and decreasing initial strength is developed in the course of subsequent hydration.
Application
GA-FSI: Series should be applied to the raw material on the conveyor belt just before the mill entrance by an adjustable dosing pump .in some cases before using ,dilution of the grinding aid with water is recommended to ensure more homogeneous distribution of it on the clinker that results in increase of performance of grinding aid, by impact of amine in a ball mill on (C4AF), An increasing in Amine concentration gives rise to an increase in the surface area.
Advantage
GA-FSI: Series they include modified hydroxyl amine and are available for use to enhance the final strength (7 and 28 days) of cement, and highly concentrated final strength improvers formulated with the most effective raw materials.
Package
GA-FSI: Series are available in, 1000 liter plastic tank, tanker trucks.
DOSAGE
GA-FSI :Series the dosage varies from 300- 1000 gram per ton of fresh feed to the mill. the optimum dosage in any case ,has to be found through a reliable industrial trial ,preferably with the help of SGC Cement Additive Division Technicians.
Cleaning
GA-FSI: can be cleaned with soaped water .
